Bloom Legal Group is a Morgantown WV based law practice providing accessible and affordable legal services to our community. Founder Cole Bozic specializes in Real Estate, as well as Estate Planning for individuals and families and Document Prep and Review for Small Businesses. Cole has 7 years experience working for  law firms both large and small. Her experience in a variety of fields and compassionate personality help to put clients at ease while making sure you have the plans you need to bloom.

About Cole Bozic

I never imagined I would open my own firm – hang out my shingle as they say. I began my practice in the Energy field, and over the years tried my hand at Personal Injury and the Private Sector.   

I was still trying to figure out what my niche was going to be when  my father died unexpectedly, and I was left to deal with his estate alongside my mom. I was faced with the fact, that I, the attorney in the family, never had good end of life conversations with my dad. How many other families out there were left stumped and overwhelmed by the process of wrapping up a life? What other areas of the law did the people in my community need a helping hand to navigate through? And somehow I knew I wanted to step in the gap. That’s how Bloom began. 

Obviously, I could see the need for Estate Planning, not only in my own family as I shared above, but among my friends and the community at large.  But I also found that my background in Real Estate has allowed me to help folks feel confident whether they are purchasing their first house or refinancing investment properties.

My practice is a simple one – caring for our community by providing excellent resources at an affordable price.

Family:

My husband Corey and I have 2 kiddos – Libby and Joe. They keep us honest and laughing (most of the time). I like to read, hike, spend time with friends, and play games. Especially Settlers of Catan.
